Here at the Arty Crafty One you can find individual artworks created by Textile Artist Anita Preece. She combines both Art, Textiles and Craft in a unique creative way—mixed media paintings, cards, handmade knitwear and gifts, there is something for everyone.
Anita has a long background in many different areas of the Arts. She completed her Multi-Disciplinary Design Degree at Staffordshire University, a PGCE at Manchester University followed by a highly successful teaching career. Judged Outstanding by Ofsted Anita taught Art, Design and Textiles.
Anita is now working as a mixed media textile artist and is a member of the Society of Staffordshire Artists and the Embroiderers Guild.
